Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with one of our products it can be returned for any reason within 14 days of having received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Start a Return

After WeftSide has processed the return or exchange we will issue a refund and you will be notified via email. When returning your item(s) to us, please follow the return steps stated below. 

Exchange Policy

The easiest way to exchange an item? Simply place a new purchase for the item you want, and then initiate a return for the item you have.

If you want to change to a different size or product, a new order must be placed. We recommend placing a new order on the correct size before initiating the return of the original product. By doing so you will be sure to receive your desired product.

After WeftSide has processed the return we will issue a refund and you will be notified via email. When returning your item(s) to us, please follow the return steps stated below. 

How to Start a Return

1. Make a separate purchase for a new item / size if wanted.


2. Fill in the Return Form, to get a return label to print and to send back your unwanted item with. Please note that if your item is damaged, you need to attach images and add comments in the Return Form.


3. Once the return is accepted & we have received your return of the unwanted item, we will make a refund/adjustment on your payment corresponding to the amount for the item you have returned.

We are unable to cover shipping cost, customs duties or sales tax for any return shipments.

Refounds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to send us an email info@weftside.com, and we will respond within 24h.

Claims

If you receive a defective product, please notify us immediately. You are entitled to raise a complain about defective products within three years.

You must however notify WeftSide within a reasonable time frame after you have detected that the product is defective (in accordance with applicable consumer regulations).

If WeftSide finds the product to be defective, WeftSide will make a full refund including shipping costs.

If you want to make a complaint regarding a defective product, please contact info@weftside.com and we will assist you within 24h.

Please note that if your item is damaged, you need to attach images and add comments in the mail.
