A tracking number will be sent out via e-mail once the order has been dispatched
Please make sure you have entered the correct address info, including cell phone no and e-mail address.

Please inspect the delivery for damages carefully when you receive it and report to courier directly if any damage is found.

Unfortunately, due to shipping exemptions, if your country is not available in our checkout we are unable to ship there at this time. 

We cannot ship directly to PO BOX or parcel locker addresses. Since we cannot track packages after their arrival.

Please note that import fees, taxes or other duties outside EU are not included.

United Kingdom - Fees for non accepted deliveries on orders
High value orders (£135 and above) that are being declined at delivery due to additional costs for importing goods from outside UK will be issued with a fee of minimum £135. This is to cover all costs the order will be issued with when being returned to us.
